In many cases we do this prior to purchasing a site, but are happy to manage as a standalone service. We regularly see sites from developers with arrears running well into six figure sums. Ground rent income, when properly managed, will provide regular cashflow in addition to being all profit. Sites which are badly managed can reflect on a developers brand and lead to issues with residents.
