THE PROCESS

To sell your ground rents we just need some basic information and, if possible, a copy lease. We will usually be able to get a solid offer to you within 24 hours of receipt of information and, in many cases, the same day. If, like many others, you choose to accept our offer, we will then instruct solicitors to move forward with the purchase. (If your site includes flats, there may be a requirement for a Section 5 Notice). We will then move quickly to exchange and complete, at which stage you will be paid.
